New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe Board may delegate to the President, a member, several members, the Executive Officer or any combination of the foregoing the making of a decision on any matter or class of matters, provided always that a person aggrieved by a decision of a delegate on any matter may apply to the Board for a reconsideration of the matter.
