LAKE MACQUARIE LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 2004 - REG 48
Development requiring notification
48 Development requiring notification
(1) A development application proposing the following development requires
notification in accordance with Lake Macquarie Development Control Plan No
1-Principles of Development : (a) the demolition of a heritage item,
(b) the
carrying out of any development allowed by clause 53 (Conservation
incentives).
(2) Subclause (1) does not apply to designated development or
advertised development.
