ecology, scenic values or navigability of the Lake or its waterways, and(d) ensure that aquatic and terrestrial habitats and their interface are protected and enhanced and are not adversely affected by the recreational use of the Lake or its waterways, and(e) provide for sustainable and viable economic use of the Lake and its waterways, and(f) provide for sustainable water cycle management.2
