4 Relationship to other environmental planning instruments
(1) Lismore Local Environmental Plan 1992 is repealed.
(2) State
Environmental Planning Policy No 4-Development Without Consent is amended by
inserting the following words in alphabetical order of local government area
in Schedule 2 (Land excepted from clauses 6-10): Lismore City local government
area
