In this Part:
"motor vehicle" means a vehicle (other than an aircraft or a vessel) propelled
by volatile spirit, steam, gas, oil or electricity and includes:
(a) an incomplete or partially constructed motor vehicle, or
(b) the chassis, body, frame or remains of a motor vehicle, or
(c) a trailer or caravan.
