New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsWithout limiting Order No 20, the following circumstances are taken to be included in the circumstances specified in Column 2 of the Table to section 124 of the Act as circumstances in which that Order may be made:
(a) a vessel used on a vehicle to cart water does not have an aperture that is large enough to enable easy inspection of the interior or thorough cleaning of the interior,
(b) the cover of any such aperture is not of a kind that is able to be kept thoroughly clean.
