43 Matters to be taken into consideration in determining applications for
approval to operate system of sewage management
In determining an application
for approval to operate a system of sewage management, the council must
consider any matter specified in guidelines or directions issued by the
Director-General in relation to the environment and health protection matters
referred to in clause 29 (2).
