New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsAny offence for which a penalty notice may for the time being be served under section 15 of the Road Transport (General) Act 1999 or section 183 of the Road Transport (General) Act 2005 by a Class 12 officer referred to in Schedule 1 to the Road Transport (General) (Penalty Notice Offences) Regulation 2002 is declared to be a parking or related offence for the purposes of section 694 of the Act.
Note: The Road Transport (General) (Penalty Notice Offences) Regulation 2002 defines the expression "Class 12 officer" and lists the offences for which a penalty notice may be served by such an officer. By operation of this clause, any offence in that list is a parking or related offence for the purposes of section 694 of the Act.
