New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsAn employee of a council who is entitled to any period of long service leave on ordinary pay may, with the consent of the council, take that entitlement:
(a) as leave for twice that period on half pay, or
(b) as leave for half that period on double pay.
