LOCAL GOVERNMENT (GENERAL) REGULATION 2005 - REG 39
Mechanical waste treatment devices
39 Mechanical waste treatment devices
(1) A bag used for the retention of waste in a mechanical device that treats
waste by compaction, shredding or other means must be of a kind approved by
the council.
(2) Treated waste kept on premises after treatment other than
wholly within the device is to be deposited in a receptacle of a kind approved
by the council.
