LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MANUFACTURED HOME ESTATES, CARAVAN PARKS, CAMPING GROUNDS AND MOVEABLE DWELLINGS) REGULATION 2005 - REG 83

83 Minimum size of caravan park or camping ground

(1) A caravan park must not have an area of less than one hectare or, if a lesser area is prescribed by a relevant environmental planning instrument, that lesser area.

(2) There is no minimum size for a camping ground.
