Minimum open space requirements for dwelling sites
46 Minimum open space requirements for dwelling sites
(1) There must be at
least 30 square metres of open space (that is, space on which there is no
building, structure or car parking space) within each dwelling site.
(2) The
open space of each dwelling site must include at least one area having a
minimum width and minimum depth of 3 metres.
(3) For the purpose of
calculating the area of open space within a dwelling site, any space having a
width or length of less than 2 metres must be disregarded.
