18 Setbacks of dwelling sites from road frontages
(1) A dwelling site must
not be located closer than 10 metres to a public road or 3 metres to any other
boundary of the manufactured home estate unless the approval for the
manufactured home estate so allows.
(2) The approval for a manufactured home
estate must not allow a lesser distance than 10 metres unless the council is
satisfied that the dwelling site has been or will be properly screened,
fenced, enclosed or otherwise treated.
