156 Fire and smoke alarms
(1) A relocatable home must be equipped with an
automatic fire detection and alarm system that complies with the requirements
of Part 3.7.2 of Volume Two of the Building Code of Australia in relation to
class 1 (a) buildings within the meaning of that Code.
(2) This clause does
not apply to a relocatable home that was constructed before 1 January 1996,
whether installed before, on or after that date.
