LAW ENFORCEMENT (POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES) REGULATION 2005 - REG 9

9 Form of report to eligible issuing officer on execution of warrant (other than covert search warrant) or giving of notice to produce: section 74

(1) A report to an eligible issuing officer under section 74 of the Act about the execution of a warrant (other than a covert search warrant) must be in or to the effect of Form 20 and must contain the particulars required to complete that Form.

(2) A report to an eligible issuing officer under section 74 of the Act about the giving of a notice to produce must be in or to the effect of Form 21 and must contain the particulars required to complete that Form.
