39 Use of drug detection dogs in authorised places-prescribed bus routes

(cf Police Powers (Drug Detection Dogs) Regulation 2002 , cl 4)
For the purposes of section 148 (1) (c) of the Act, the following public passenger vehicle routes are prescribed:

(a) the Albury route, being the bus route that is:

(i) between Albury and Sydney, and

(ii) via Goulburn and the Hume Highway,

(b) the Grafton route, being the bus route that is:

(i) between Grafton and Sydney, and

(ii) via Kempsey and the Pacific Highway.
