Child cannot waive entitlement to support person
29 Child cannot waive entitlement to support person
(cf Crimes (Detention after Arrest) Regulation 1998 , cl 23)
A detained person who is a child cannot waive the child’s entitlement under
this Division to have a support person present during an investigative
procedure.
