LOCAL COURT RULES 2009 - REG 6.1

6.1 Application of Part

This Part applies to summary proceedings and application proceedings.

Note : Section 66 of the Local Court Act 2007 and section 70 of the Crimes (Domestic and Personal Violence) Act 2007 provide that the provisions of Part 3 of Chapter 4 of the Criminal Procedure Act 1986 (being provisions relating to subpoenas) apply, with any necessary modifications, to application proceedings in the same way as they apply to proceedings for summary offences under that Act.
