KIAMA LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1996 - REG 3

3 Relationship to other environmental planning instruments

This plan:

(a) repeals Kiama Local Environmental Plan No 5 and such other local environmental plans and deemed environmental planning instruments as, immediately before the appointed day, applied to the land to which this plan applies (but to the extent only to which those plans and instruments so applied to the land to which this plan applies), and

(b) repeals clauses 3 (2), 4 (c) and 7 of Illawarra Regional Environmental Plan No 2 “Jamberoo Valley” .
