JUDICIAL OFFICERS REGULATION 2006 - REG 6
Repeal and savings
6 Repeal and savings
(1) The Judicial Officers Regulation 2000 is repealed.
(2) Any act, matter or
thing that had effect under the Judicial Officers Regulation 2000 immediately
before the repeal of that Regulation is taken to have effect under this
Regulation.
