Officers Act 1986.
Attorney General
This Regulation repeals and replaces the Judicial Officers Regulation 2000, which would otherwise be repealed on 1 September 2007 by section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act
1989.
This Regulation deals with the manner and form in which complaints against judicial officers are to be made to the Judicial Commission.
This Regulation is made under the Judicial
Officers Act 1986, including sections 17 (Manner of making complaints) and 54 (the general regulation-making power).
This Regulation comprises or relates to matters of a machinery nature.
