New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThis Division prescribes, for the purposes of section 129 of the Act:
(a) the daily records that an employer must keep in relation to employees of the employer (in addition to records of remuneration paid and hours worked by employees required by section 129 (1) (a)), and
(b) the manner and form of keeping daily records required by section 129.
Section 129 of the Act provides that:(a) the Industrial Registrar may approve of different requirements for the manner and form of keeping the records than those prescribed by this Division, and(b) the employer must keep the records for a period of at least 6 years, and(c) a contravention of section 129 or this Division is an offence punishable by a maximum penalty of 20 penalty units.
