Oaths to be taken by members of Commission
16 Oaths to be taken by members of Commission
A member of the Commission appointed after the commencement of the Act is to
take, on appointment, the oath of allegiance and:
(a) in the case of a
judicial member-the judicial oath, or
(b) in any other case-the official
oath.
