(b) the State peak councils in relation to the
award, and
(c) any registered industrial organisations and other persons who
satisfy the Registrar that they have a sufficient interest in applications
affecting the award to justify their being served with process relating to the
award.
(2) The Registrar may remove any of the persons or bodies in subrule
(1) (c) if satisfied that the person or body has ceased to have a sufficient
interest in applications affecting the relevant award.
(3) At least once
every 3 years the Registrar must give notice to each person or body referred
to in subrule (1) in relation to an award, and to the Commission, that the
award is due to be reviewed under section 19 of the Act.
(4) Such notice may
also be given whenever an application for a new award is filed.
