New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsResidential development of Lot 10 in DP 776811, known as No 1 Forest Road, Hurstville; shall be carried out in accordance with the following conditions:
(a) the site shall be consolidated and developed with Lot 4 in DP 975238 known as No 126 Botany Street, Hurstville, and
(b) these consolidated lands shall be restricted to a maximum residential density of 150m 2 per dwelling.
