HOLROYD LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1991 - REG 3

3 Land to which plan applies

(1) This plan applies to the whole of the land within the City of Holroyd.

(2) This plan does not apply to the land to which State Environmental Planning Policy (Major Projects) 2005 (Amendment No 22) applies.

(3) This plan does not apply to the land to which State Environmental Planning Policy (Western Sydney Employment Area) 2009 applies.
