HAWKESBURY LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN 1989 - REG 9E
Use of land zoned 8 (a) (Nature Reserve)
9E Use of land zoned 8 (a) (Nature Reserve)
(1) This clause applies to land in Zone No 8 (a).
(2) Development for the
purposes of any use that is authorised under the
National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 does not require the consent of the
Council.
(3) Development for a purpose other than that in subclause (2) is
prohibited.
