Development of land at No 50 Gladesville Road, Hunters Hill
39 Development of land at No 50 Gladesville Road, Hunters Hill
(1) This clause applies to land known as No 50 Gladesville Road, Hunters Hill,
being Lot 2 in DP 326205.
(2) Notwithstanding any other provision of this
plan, a person may, but only with the consent of the council, carry out
development on land to which this clause applies for the purpose of commercial
offices.
