HUNTER'S HILL LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN NO 1 - REG 34

34 Development of land at Nos 3 to 15 Massey Street, Gladesville

Notwithstanding any other provision of this plan, a person may, but only with the consent of the council, carry out development on land to which this clause applies for the purposes of dwellings.
