HUNTER'S HILL LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN NO 1 - REG 30A

30A Development of land for community facilities, refreshment rooms and shops-“Riverglade”, Victoria Road, Gladesville

(1) This clause applies to land shown hatched on Sheet 1 of the map marked “ Hunter’s Hill Local Environmental Plan No 18 ” and known as “Riverglade”.

(2) Notwithstanding any other provision of this plan, a person may, but only with the consent of the council, carry out development on land to which this clause applies for the purposes of community facilities, refreshment rooms, shops, and similar uses of a kind which, in the opinion of the council, are designed to serve primarily the needs of the Riverglade population.
