HUNTER'S HILL LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN NO 1 - REG 30

30 Development of land for clubs, refreshment rooms and shops-Pulpit Point

Notwithstanding clause 9, the Council may consent to the development of land within Zone No 6 (b) shown on the map marked “ Hunters Hill Local Environmental Plan No 11 ” for the purposes of clubs, refreshment rooms and shops if the total floor space of all buildings within that zone and used for those purposes does not exceed 1 500 square metres.
