New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsNotwithstanding any other provision of this plan, the Council shall not consent to the carrying out of development on land edged heavy black on the map marked “ Hunters Hill Local Environmental Plan No 11 ” unless:
(a) the Director of the State Pollution Control Commission, and
(b) the Secretary of the Department of Health,are of the opinion that the land on which the development is proposed to be carried out has been satisfactorily rehabilitated.
