HUNTER'S HILL LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN NO 1 - REG 27A

27A Development of land within 2.5 metres of a zone boundary-“Riverglade”, Victoria Road, Gladesville

(1) This clause applies to land shown edged heavy black on Sheet 1 of the map marked “ Hunter’s Hill Local Environmental Plan No 18 ” and known as “Riverglade” within a zone shown on that map which is within 2.5 metres of the boundary of land within an adjoining zone.

(2) A person may, but only with the consent of the council, carry out development on land to which this clause applies for any purpose for which the land within an adjoining zone may lawfully be developed.
