HUNTER'S HILL LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN NO 1 - REG 27

27 Development on certain land at Gladesville

(1) This clause applies to land shown edged heavy black on the map marked “ Hunter’s Hill Local Environmental Plan No 6 ”.

(2) Notwithstanding clause 15, a person may, with the consent of the council, erect a building on land to which this plan applies:

(a) containing habitable rooms on not more than 3 floors,

(b) to a height of not more than 13 metres measured vertically from the level of the highest point of the building (not being a vent, chimney, lift tower or other service installation) to the ground level of the site at the lowest point of the building, and

(c) if the ratio of the gross floor area of the building to the site area of the land on which the building is to be erected does not exceed 1:1.
