New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsThe council may not grant consent under the Act to an application to carry out development on land within the Foreshore Scenic Protection Area, being that area shown by hatching on the map marked “ Hunter’s Hill Local Environmental Plan No 14-Heritage Conservation ” unless it has made an assessment of:
(a) the appearance and visual quality of the proposed development when viewed from the waterway, and
(b) the impact of the proposed development on the view towards the waterway from public roads and from public reserves or from land within Zone No 6 (a) or 6 (b).
