HUNTER'S HILL LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN NO 1 - REG 15

15 Height of buildings

(1) In this clause, "ground level", in relation to the carrying out of development on a site, means the level of the site immediately before the development is carried out.

(2) A person shall not erect a building on a site within Zone No 2 (a1), 2 (a2), 2 (a3), 2 (b), 2 (c), or 5 (a):

(a) containing more than 2 storeys, or

(b) having a height greater than 7.2 metres measured vertically from ground level to the uppermost ceiling,

or both.

(3) A person shall not erect a building on a site within Zone No 3 (b), 3 (c):

(a) containing more than 3 storeys, or

(b) having a height greater than 8 metres measured vertically from any point on ground level to the uppermost ceiling,

or both.

(4) A person shall not erect a building on a site within Zone No 3 (a):

(a) containing more than 3 storeys, or

(b) having a height greater than 9 metres measured vertically from any point on ground level to the uppermost ceiling,

or both.
