HOME BUILDING REGULATION 2004 - REG 82
Certificate evidence
(1) For the purposes of section 131 of the Act, the Director-General or any
officer of the Office of Fair Trading, Department of Commerce authorised in
writing by the Director-General for the purposes of this clause are the
prescribed officers.
(2) A fee of $19 is payable for the issue of a
certificate under section 131 of the Act unless waived by the
Director-General.
