Access for work
68 Access for work
(1) An insurance contract may require a beneficiary to give access to the
relevant property to a contractor for the purpose of inspection, rectification
or completion of work.
(2) Any such requirement is to be subject to the
beneficiary’s right to refuse access on reasonable grounds.
