HOME BUILDING REGULATION 2004 - REG 66
Certificates evidencing insurance
(1) For the purposes of section 92 of the Act, the prescribed form of the
certificate of insurance is the form set out in Form 1.
(3) For the purposes
of section 95 of the Act, the prescribed form of the certificate of insurance
is the form set out in Form 3.
(4) For the purposes of section 96 of the Act,
the prescribed form of the certificate of insurance is the form set out in
Form 1.
(5) For the purposes of section 96A of the Act, the prescribed form
of the certificate of insurance is the form set out in Form 1.
