New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsA dealer who consigns a poker machine or a device that is in the nature of an approved amusement device to a person for the provision of services in relation to its (or its components’) development and testing before it is submitted to the Authority for approval must, in respect of the poker machine or device, make and keep a written record of the following:
(a) a description of the poker machine or device,
(b) the name and address of the person who is to provide the services,
(c) the date and time of the delivery of the poker machine or device from the dealer to the person,
(d) the nature of the work to be undertaken in relation to the poker machine or device,
(e) the premises where the work is to be performed,
(f) the date and time of the return of the poker machine or device from the person to the dealer.
Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.
