GAMING MACHINES REGULATION 2002 - REG 52A
Hoteliers and clubs to keep register of recognised RCG certificates for staff
(1) If a hotelier or registered club keeps any approved gaming machines, the
hotelier or secretary of the club must: (a) keep a register containing a copy
of the recognised RCG certificate for each relevant staff member, and
(b)
make the register available for inspection on request by a police officer or
special inspector.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2) In this clause:
"relevant staff member", in relation to a hotel or registered club, means any
person who is employed in the hotel or by the club and whose duties are
concerned in the conduct of activities involving approved gaming machines in
the hotel or on the club premises.
