Display of outdoor signs advertising gaming machines
41A Display of outdoor signs advertising gaming machines
(1) A person must not, on and from 1 October 2002, display or cause to be
displayed any outdoor sign that advertises approved gaming machines. Maximum
penalty: 100 penalty units.
(2) Subclause (1) extends to any such sign the
display of which commenced before 1 October 2002.
