GAMING MACHINES REGULATION 2002 - REG 32

32 Exemption

(1) The Authority may, in accordance with guidelines approved by the Minister, exempt a hotelier or registered club in writing from the operation of clause 29 or 31.

(2) The exemption may be limited in duration and may be subject to such conditions as may be specified in the exemption.

(3) The Authority may cancel or vary the terms of an exemption at any time by means of a written notice served on the hotelier or registered club concerned.
