33 Additional land uses

Objective of Provision To allow for land use exceptions to the development control table which meet the overall objectives of this plan.
Additional land uses Despite any other provision of this plan, land specified or described in Column 1 of the following Table may, with the consent of the Council, be developed for the purpose specified in Column 2 of the Table opposite that land, subject to the requirements specified in Column 2.
