15 Activities unaffected by this plan
Objective of Provision To identify certain activities which do not require the
consent of the Council.
Activities unaffected by this plan Nothing in this
plan restricts, prohibits or requires development consent for: (a) the use of
existing buildings under the control of the Crown by the Crown, or
(b) any
activity listed in Schedule 1.
