New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsA licensed firearms dealer must, if the dealer has ordered a supply of firearms to be sent to the dealer:
(a) check whether all of the firearms have been delivered to the dealer, and
(b) if any firearms are missing from the delivery-notify the Commissioner within 24 hours of the delivery.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
