Cooling of milk
41 Cooling of milk
(1) Milk received at a dairy produce factory must be cooled immediately to and
held at a temperature of not more than 5 degrees Celsius until its use in
manufacture or dispatch to another dairy produce factory.
(2) This clause
does not apply to milk that is processed or packaged within 3 hours and 30
minutes after the commencement of milking.
