FOOD REGULATION 2004 - REG 3
Definitions
3 Definitions
(1) In this Regulation:
"approved" means approved by the Food Authority.
"Director-General" means the Director-General of the Food Authority.
"food safety program" means a food safety program certified under clause 19.
"licence" means a licence granted under Part 3.
"the Act" means the Food Act 2003 .
(2) Notes included in this Regulation do
not form part of this Regulation.
