"licence" means a licence granted under Part 3 that authorises the carrying on
of a vulnerable persons food business.
"vulnerable persons food business" is defined in clause 172.
"Vulnerable Persons Food Safety Scheme Manual" means the document of that name
published by the Food Authority, as in force from time to time.
