New South Wales Consolidated Regulations New South Wales Consolidated RegulationsIn addition to any conditions of a licence imposed by the Food Authority under clause 10, it is a condition of a licence that the holder of the licence ensure that the provisions of the Act, this Regulation and the Food Standards Code are complied with in relation to the carrying on of any activity authorised by the licence and any premises or vehicle to which the licence relates.
